Club Info
The Muroc Model Masters R/C Club is a group of people who are primarily associated with Edwards AFB California, either as military or a civilian contractor. We currently have
about 50+ members ranging from beginners to true Modeling Masters. Our group primarily
flies Radio Control aircraft, however we have a few control line pilots, helicopter pilots and model rocketeers. Our group ranges from a young
11 year old pilot to several 70+ (they never tell their ages...) We support Scale, pattern, fun fly and jets. You will find this group to be just about the friendliest bunch you will ever meet. Among our ranks are some of the finest instructors I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We publish a monthly newsletter called the Propwash, which is available here from our web site. Feel free to take a look.
Since we are located on a federal installation, our club is open to members only and their guests. If you will be traveling in our area and want to fly at our site please call one of our officers to get sponsored onto Edwards AFB.
